Oil Spill Volunteer Registration

Welcome to the state’s volunteer coordination registration system. In the Pacific Northwest we want to have a strong network for oil spill readiness including having a system to call out volunteers in an event of a major oil spill incident.

How do I register?
The Northwest Area Contingency Plan policy for the use of volunteers requires you to register with us prior to being used in an oil spill response. You can register as an individual or register your organization. Please see below for registration form.

How will I be notified if volunteers are needed?
By registering your information, we will use this site to contact volunteers as needed. If and when volunteers are needed you will be sent an email with information on opportunities to contribute. Occasionally, we will also use the system during an oil spill exercise to test the system. This website will keep you informed of those opportunities.
